TRANSPORT RULES FOR SESSION 2025-2026
- The school provides transport facility which is outsourced through private contract where the buses are owned and run by the contractor and overseen by the school authorities. The school has taken the initiative to safeguard the interests of the school children and their parents. The school has installed CCTV Cameras & GPS-based Vehicle Tracking System in all the buses of the School. The school has also hired female attendants for all the buses for the safety of female students.
- The school does not allow students to commute by the Autos/Rickshaw.
- Transport charges will be charged monthly and are to be paid Online.
- June transport fee will be charged for 15 days.
- Whenever anyone intends to leave the transport, the undersigned will be required to give one month’s notice in advance via email.
- Buses will pick up and drop from a common point. No doorstep facility will be available.
- Students must reach the bus stop 10 minutes before the time of bus arrival.
- One-way facility will not be available.
- The last date for paying the transport fee is the 10th of each month. If the fee is not paid by this date, the transport service will be discontinued on the 21st of the same month.
- Transport facility can be discontinued for student’s misbehaviour, non-payment of fee, irregular payment of fee, non-cooperation, damaging transport, delaying the transport and threatening the transport staff.
- In case, transport service is discontinued for any of the above-given reasons, it shall be resumed only after a gap of 5 working days.

- Any complaint, suggestion or request regarding transport will be entertained through email only.
- A fine of Rs. 20/- per day has to be paid, if the transport fee is not paid by the due date.
