TRANSPORT RULES
- The school provides a transport facility, which is outsourced through a private contract where the buses are owned and run by the contractor and overseen by the school authorities. The school has taken an initiative to safeguard the interests of the school children and their parents. School follows all transport-related rules and regulations issued by the department.
- The school does not allow students to commute by Autos/rickshaws.
- One-way facility will not be available.
- Students must reach the bus stop 10 minutes before the time of bus arrival. The bus will not wait for the latecomer.
- Buses will pick up and drop off from a common point. No doorstep facility is available, and no request is accepted for the same.
- Whenever anyone intends to leave the transport, the undersigned will be required to give one month’s notice in advance via email; otherwise full month’s transport fee will be charged.
- Transport facility can be discontinued for students’ misbehaviour, non-payment of fee, irregular payment of fee, non-cooperation, damaging transport, delaying the transport and threatening the transport staff.
- In case transport services are discontinued for any of the above given reasons, it shall be resumed only after approval, and it may take Three (3) working days.
- Transport charges will be charged every month and are to be paid online.
POINTS RELATED TO TRANSPORT FEE
- June month’s transport fee will be charged for 15 (Fifteen) days.
- After the due date, a fine of Rs. 40/- per day will be charged.
- The last date for paying the transport fee is the 10th of each month. If the fee is not paid by this date, the transport service will be discontinued on the 16th (Sixteenth) of the same month.
- All the students should listen to the instructions from the respective Transport staff / Transport monitors.
- Any complaint, suggestion or request regarding transport will be entertained through email only.
