Breathe in peace, breathe out the stress,
Smile a little more, worry a little less.
With laughter loud and spirits high,
We reached for joy that touched the sky.
Our school conducted a delightful Laughter Yoga session for the Pre-Primary Wing, Classes 1 and 2, along with their teachers to mark World Laughter Yoga Day, celebrated every year on the first Sunday of May — this year falling on 4th May 2025.
The campus came alive with cheer, positivity, and infectious laughter as children and teachers participated in engaging exercises designed to relax the body, uplift the spirit, and promote joyful connections.
It was a heartwarming reminder that a good laugh is not just fun — it’s healing. Speaking about the session, the Principal said, “We believe that emotional health is just as important as academics. Laughter Yoga is a powerful yet simple way to promote happiness and mindfulness among children.”
