“The bond of protection and love is the true essence of Raksha Bandhan.”
Saupin’s School marked the festival of Raksha Bandhan with a blend of creativity, tradition, and heartfelt appreciation for the nation’s protectors.
The Pre-Primary students showcased their artistic flair by making beautiful paper Rakhis accompanied by personalised cards. For Classes 1 to 5, the school organised a Rakhi and Thali Making Competition. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with Sycamore House being appreciated for its exceptional craftsmanship.
In a gesture that embodied the true spirit of the festival, Saupin’s girls tied Rakhis to soldiers, symbolising respect, gratitude, and the protective bond shared between citizens and the armed forces. The soldiers were honoured by the school community, making the occasion both touching and memorable.
The celebrations reflected the school’s commitment to instilling cultural values, fostering creativity, and nurturing a sense of respect for those who safeguard the nation.
