Laughter Yoga Session

Our school conducted a vibrant Laughter Yoga session for the Pre-Primary Wing, Classes 1 and 2, along with their teachers, in anticipation of World Laughter Yoga Day, celebrated globally on May 4, 2025.

The session began joyfully with child-friendly breathing techniques, laughter exercises, and simple mindfulness activities. The aim was to promote emotional well-being, reduce stress, and cultivate a positive mindset among young learners and educators alike.

The entire campus echoed with laughter, warmth, and high energy, creating an atmosphere filled with joy and connection. The event underscored the school’s commitment to holistic development and mental wellness, starting from the foundational years.

Speaking about the session, the Principal, Dr. Raminder Pal Kaur said, “We believe that emotional health is just as important as academics. Laughter Yoga is a powerful yet simple way to promote happiness and mindfulness among children.”

The initiative served as a reminder that laughter truly is the best medicine, not just for the body but also for the soul.
